Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TN license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability (Full-time and Part-time positions).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Ensure room cleanliness after each shift and between sessions.
• Maintain compliance with state regulatory boards for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
