ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic is a private, integrated healthcare practice seeking a skilled and compassionate New York State-licensed massage therapist to join our team in Mt Kisco, NY. Our practice specializes in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Qualifications:

  • New York State Massage Therapy license required.
  • Strong knowledge of sports medicine, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Experience in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and/or other specialized techniques is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A caring and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic massage to patients, focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports-related injuries.

  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
  • Ability to assess and address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to sports medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records.
  • Adaptability to work with patients of varying needs, including athletes and those recovering from injuries or surgery.
