We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists excited to provide clients with the best therapeutic massage experience.

Responsibilities:
- Have fun and make money! Repeat.
- Greet each client warmly, using their first name with a handshake
- Master intake process, gather client information, develop massage sessions, and educate clients on add-ons like Himalayan salt stones, cupping, herbal rituals, & aromatherapy
- Check in with clients during sessions to ensure pressure is adequate at least three times: within the first 5 minutes, halfway, and during the last 10 minutes
- Debrief with clients after sessions and make recommendations using the Professional Recommendation Card
- Write accurate and timely SOAP notes before leaving the studio
- Arrive on time to prepare for clients
- Begin and end massages punctually
- Follow proper draping and prenatal protocols
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy with all clients
- Adhere to studio policies and practices
- Maintain a quiet and professional environment inside and outside sessions
- Complete downtime checklist when not in sessions
- Dress in uniform (Studio Dress Code) and avoid scented lotions or perfumes while on duty
- Complete room and studio duties at beginning and end of shifts
- Help keep the studio clean and professional
- Maintain licenses, CEU requirements, and current liability insurance
- Comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws
- Participate in staff meetings and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Follow Elements Massage principles to ensure a welcoming environment
- Communicate timely with studio management
- Update management on any changes in contact info or education
- Be flexible in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
- Active Massage License (Required)
- Liability Insurance (Required)
- Medical/Clinical Massage Therapy Experience
- Positive, driven personality
- Flexible & Adaptable
- Strong team player
- Availability to work evenings and at least one weekend day
- Preferred modalities: prenatal, cupping, etc. (additional commissions)
- Open to new graduates, experienced, and seasoned therapists
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and excellent client service skills
- Participate in local marketing initiatives
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer proficiency (for entering notes in Mind Body System)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
