What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 - $45.00 per massage service hour, based on the service provided (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This combines both clocked-in wages and commission. Pay rates reflect your experience and skills, with additional commission opportunities for services like CBD, Cupping, and Hot Salt Stones.

• Flexible Shifts: We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours. One weekend shift is required, and if you work both weekend days there is an additional commission. Plus, enjoy paid turnover time and guaranteed annual raises!

• Comprehensive Benefits: We provide paid sick time for all therapists, health insurance partially covered for full-time team members (30+ hours per week), access to Dental and Vision benefits, and a 401k plan for qualifying employees.

• Supportive Environment: Our Golden studio is a clean, beautifully designed space with electric lift tables and expertly decorated rooms. We use eco-friendly products and pride ourselves on being a sustainable business, so you and your clients can feel good in every way.

Requirements:

• Must work 2-4 shifts per week
• Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in Colorado.
• Must be reliable, professional, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Must be able to adjust pressure during massages, including offering Deep Tissue services.
