What are we looking for?

• Law abiding citizens. All of our employees must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations and carry liability insurance, no exceptions.
• Commander of communication. Our employees are our ambassadors. We need everyone to be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledgeable in Nordic. Knowledge of Swedish Massage is a must. Knowledge of other various modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue, etc.), are preferred, but not required.
• Believe in yourself. Our employees absolutely must understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

What will you do?

• Listen to the clients. Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Make new friends. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Pick up a broom. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas, including some laundry and cleaning up.
• Commit to your craft. Commit to bettering yourself professionally through practice, training, and continuing education.
