Job summary

Little Bird Wellness is a multi-location wellness center seeking skilled massage therapists to join our collaborative team in Manchester, East Granby, and Hartford offices. We offer a warm, healing environment focused on whole-person wellness and client education.

The right candidate will provide professional massage therapy, customize sessions, and engage in ongoing training while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Valid CT state massage therapy license.
• Professional experience in a massage setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen deeply to client needs.
• Compassionate customer service approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
• Interest in holistic and integrative care approaches a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services, including therapeutic (light & deep pressure), prenatal, and other modalities based on your training and expertise.
• Other current modalities offered: Bamboo, Thai, Sarga, Lymphatic, MLD, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Mobility massage.
• Customize each session to meet client needs, preferences, and medical considerations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment space
• Ensure excellent client care before, during, and after sessions
• Accurately document client history and session notes within a collaborative practice model
• Adhere to safety standards and professional boundaries
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture

The Position

We’re seeking massage therapists who are motivated, client-focused, and excited to grow their practice in a supportive setting. The right candidate will enjoy educating clients about their body, offering customized care, and honing their skills through ongoing training and collaboration.
