Job summary

Little Bird Wellness is hiring massage therapists to join our Manchester, East Granby, and Hartford offices. We welcome practitioners who value holistic care and collaborative practice.

You will educate clients about body awareness, customize care, and pursue ongoing training within a supportive team. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic and prenatal massage, documenting client notes, and maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• CT MT license required and CT training with current licensure.
• Experience in massage settings preferred and strong communication skills.
• Ability to listen to client needs and deliver compassionate care.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based setting.
• Attention to detail and professional integrity in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services including therapeutic and prenatal modalities.
• Offer additional modalities like Bamboo, Thai, Sarga, Lymphatic, MLD, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Mobility massage.
• Customize sessions to client needs and medical considerations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment space for clients.
