Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package designed to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience
• Commission: Uncapped, with substantial earning potential based on sales; upgrades range from $3-$8, with top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour
• Tips: Average tips range from 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, typically $20-$30, increasing with upgrades

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers typically earn $65,000 to $88,000 annually, while part-time high performers earn $33,000 to $44,000, based on 30 and 15 service hours/week respectively.
