Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package designed to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience and skills.
• Commission: Uncapped, with substantial earning potential. Upgrades range from $3-$8, with top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour.
• Tips: Typically 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, averaging $20-$30 per service, increasing with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists can earn between $65,000 and $88,000 annually, while part-time therapists can earn between $33,000 and $44,000, based on individual performance and hours worked.
