Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally.
• Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management.
• Skilled in various massage modalities including deep tissue therapy and trigger point techniques.
• Strong understanding of occupational health principles and best practices for client safety.
• Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assess patient needs and explain treatment plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements.
