Job summary

Ampersand Fitness is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or bodyworker to join our First Hill, Seattle community. You will grow your clientele through in-house appointments, community outreach, and mobile services, while collaborating with a supportive team.

This W-2 role features a tiered commission structure and 100% of tips directly to you, with incentives tied to monthly massage sales and leadership opportunities as you advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State massage therapist license or eligibility to practice in WA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships within a wellness community.
• Experience coordinating appointments and client scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage own appointment scheduling and client relations.
• Develop and grow in-house massage services and mobile sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers and wellness staff to expand services.
• Engage with the community to reach new clients and partnerships.
• Ensure clients receive a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support pricing and mobile service growth efforts.
