Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience
• Commission: Uncapped, based on sales performance, with upgrades earning $3-$8, top performers earning $6-$9/hour more
• Tips: Average tips of 18%-25% of the nonmember price, typically $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time earn $33,000-$44,000, depending on performance and hours worked.
