The Woodhouse Day Spa in Lubbock, TX is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver customized therapies and luxurious guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License or a current license from another state.
• 1–2 years of massage therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A passion for massage therapy, wellness, and genuinely caring for guests.
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on each guest's individual needs.
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services appropriately.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining Woodhouse service standards.
• Offer service enhancements and educate guests on their benefits.
• Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Accurately document guest treatment notes.
• Collaborate with our spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold all Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, professionalism, and guest care.

You do not have to currently live in Lubbock to be considered.
