Job summary

Massage Envy Tacoma is hiring licensed massage therapists for part-time to full-time roles. The clinic offers a base commission of $30–$40 per hands-on service hour and notes that therapists’ earnings average $56.25 per hour including tips. Time worked is paid under the greater of commission earnings or minimum wage rules.

Washington licensure is discussed with the GM. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 60 days, PTO, a 401(k) plan, FSA, AMTA membership and access to many CE courses.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome; Washington licensure discussed with GM.
• Licensed Massage Therapist required for Tacoma clinic.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of repeat clients and track progress.
• Work at any of our four clinics and accommodate evenings/weekends when possible.
