Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cary, NC is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We offer part-time and full-time positions with a base on service plus tips, plus a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Requirements include an active NC license in good standing, liability coverage, and knowledge of Swedish Massage. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for advancement in a supportive spa environment.

Qualifications

• Active NC Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
• Create a peaceful, relaxing experience for members and guests.
• Generate return clientele through member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
