Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, depending on experience and skills.
• Commission: Uncapped structure offering substantial earnings based on sales, with upgrades from $3-$8, and top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour from upgrades.
• Tips: Average tips range from 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with an average of $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers earn between $65,000 and $88,000 annually; part-time high performers earn between $33,000 and $44,000, based on 30 and 15 service hours per week respectively.
