Job summary

EXOS is recruiting a licensed massage therapist to greet clients and deliver personalized massage services in our wellness spa. You will build lasting relationships with clients and promote repeat visits while maintaining the highest sanitation standards.

As part of the Exos team, you will stay current on certifications and industry trends, support training sessions, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment that helps clients prepare for moments that matter.

Qualifications

• Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapy
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Prenatal Massage Training preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs
• Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clients
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Other duties as assigned
