Job summary

Exos is seeking a Massage Specialist to join our team in New York. You will greet guests professionally and provide individualized massage therapy that meets client needs while maintaining high sanitation standards.

You will develop personalized client relationships, promote massage services, and participate in ongoing training. A current massage license, CPR/AED and First Aid certification are required, with pay per session and eligibility based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapy.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Other duties as assigned.
