Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide multimodal manual therapy and movement science integration. You will offer deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages, build personalized treatment plans, and maintain a clean, compliant treatment environment.

Flexible to part-time or full-time schedules, with access to educational opportunities and a community of members prioritizing health and performance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid MD license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability (Part-time and Full-time positions).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ethical and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Performing 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional setting.
• Analyzing client needs and creating a programmatic treatment plan.
• Ensuring the room is cleaned after each treatment and at shift end.
• Remain compliant with state regulatory boards for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

The Licensed Massage Therapist’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Pay Transparency: Full-time practitioners working an average number of 20 hours per week per pay period can potentially earn ~ $45,000-$65,000
