• Depending on growth, the position could become full-time, seeing 15-20 massage hours per week

Job Summary:

Wellness Within Family Chiropractic is seeking a compassionate, professional, and reliable Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about helping people feel their best. In this role, you will work closely with our chiropractors to provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on recovery, rehabilitation, and stress relief.

Wellness Within Family Chiropractic is looking to hire an LMT to provide coverage for our current LMT and after-coverage work, approximately 5 massage hours a week to start (Wed evenings & all days Fridays).

• May 22
• May 23
• May 29
• May 30

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massage techniques to support chiropractic care
• Provide safe and effective prenatal massage services when needed
• Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage as part of an overall wellness plan
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment space
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the office

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Massage Therapy License in MI & Malpractice
• Current and valid Malpractice insurance.
• Skilled in various massage techniques
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and client care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prenatal massage certification is preferred
• Experience in prenatal massage is highly preferred, as we serve a large number of pregnant patients.
• CPR certification (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in a clinical or chiropractic setting is a plus.

Compensation:

• $35 per massage hour + all tips
• $20 per half-hour massage + all tips
• This would be a 1099 position.
• Steady stream of referrals from the in-house chiropractic team
