Job summary

Massage Envy in the Indianapolis area is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our three franchised locations: Keystone at the Crossing, Hamilton Town Center, and Noblesville. Enjoy a supportive work environment and a strong work-life balance.

We offer $18-$28 per hour plus tips, plus sign-on bonuses up to $5,000, healthcare for full-time staff, a 6% 401(k) match, paid time off after one year, AMTA membership, and extensive continuing education to grow your bodywork skills.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Indiana.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients’ needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
