Job summary

Massage Envy North Carmel Westfield is looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. You will deliver therapeutic bodywork, assess client needs, and communicate clearly to ensure satisfaction. Full-time and part-time schedules are available with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Indiana
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
