Licensed Massage Therapist - $2,000 to $4,000 sign-on bonus* - Multiple Locations

Join our team as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Tricoci and enjoy a sign-on bonus ranging from $2,000 to $4,000.*

Position Details

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $16.20/hr

We are a high-end provider of salon and spa services, established in 1977, committed to helping clients look and feel their best. We are seeking a passionate therapist to create a high-quality wellness environment and provide exceptional massage and body treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body massage services, including exfoliation treatments and body wraps.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and set expectations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Participate in educational trainings and team meetings.
• Promote teamwork and high standards of client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure guest retention.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness.
• Develop new clientele through excellent service and referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Illinois license required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of various massage modalities and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
