Licensed Massage Therapist - $2,000 to $4,000 sign-on bonus* - Multiple Locations

Join Tricoci as a Licensed Massage Therapist and enjoy a sign-on bonus ranging from $2,000 to $4,000. We are seeking talented professionals to join our team across multiple locations.

Position Details

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $16.20/hr

Responsibilities

1. Perform full body massage services, including exfoliation treatments and body wraps.
2. Communicate effectively with guests to identify needs and set expectations.
3. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
4. Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions.
5. Promote teamwork and high-quality guest service.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure guest retention.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
8. Proactively attract new clients through exceptional service and referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois massage license.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of massage modalities like deep tissue and Swedish.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
