Job summary

Streamsong Golf Resort is seeking a licensed massage therapist to deliver high-quality spa services. The role requires performing multiple therapies with guest-focused service and teamwork across departments.

Active Florida LMT license, 1–2 years experience preferred, and ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage. Flexible shifts; 6 treatments per shift target; commission and gratuity apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Florida with an active LMT license.
• Experience 1–2 years preferred.
• Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Sports Massage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and communicate well with guests.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely spa services, creating a relaxing and beneficial guest experience.
• Provide massages and body therapies (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, scrubs, wraps).
• Adhere to product and inventory check-out system and keep treatment rooms ready.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Work cohesively with all departments and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa services and promote a positive work environment.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and draping procedures; complete at least 6 treatments per shift.
