Team Member Essentials:

Active NC massage therapist license

Carry massage liability insurance

Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.

Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!

Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

$55 - $60 per hour including enhancements and gratuity

Full time LMTs performing 25 + 50-minute hands on services can earn $71,500 -$78,000 annually.

Part time LMTs performing 15 50-minute hands on services a week can earn $42,000 - $46,000 annually.
