Qualifications

• Current Virginia Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 3+ years of professional massage experience preferred.
• Capable of performing Swedish, deep tissue, sports and mobility-focused modalities.
• Strong service orientation and comfort working one-on-one with clients.
• High level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
• Pay rate determined by hands-on interview.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thoughtful consultations and assessments to build personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of massage and bodywork techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, mobility work, cupping, scraping).
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations and benefits of ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
• Support scheduling and rebooking to help clients stay on track.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and sanitized per protocol.
• Bring positive energy to a collaborative team.
• Comply with health, safety, and licensing standards.

• Perform a variety of massage and bodywork techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, therapeutic stretching, cupping, and scraping
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations and the benefits of consistent care
• Keep accurate, thorough client documentation
• Support scheduling and rebooking to help clients stay on track with their goals
• Keep treatment rooms and shared spaces clean, organized, and sanitized per protocol
• Bring positive energy to a collaborative, growth-oriented team
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and licensing standards
