Schedule & Requirements

This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Benefits and Compensation

• In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $22 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of Massage Therapist services which may include, but not limited to: massage, spa treatments, all aspects covered under state board Massage Therapist license.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist
• Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
