Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in The Villages is seeking licensed massage therapists to deliver high-quality therapeutic work and provide exceptional client care. Two locations, Southern Trace and Sarasota Plaza, offer a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow within a national spa brand.

Full-time, part-time and day-shift roles available, with supplies provided and a focus on helping clients feel better.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist License
• Massage therapy liability insurance
• Passion for delivering high-quality therapeutic work and client care

Responsibilities

• Create customized treatment plans based on each client's individual needs
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through healing, consistency, and professionalism
• Build long-term therapeutic relationships through routine visits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment—demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a reliable work ethic
