Job summary

Summit Spa & Float is seeking talented full- and part-time therapists to join our team in Spanish Fork and Eagle Mountain. Shifts in Spanish Fork include Mon 3pm-10pm, Tue 3pm-10pm, Wed 9am-3pm & 3am-10pm, Fri 3pm-10pm, Sat 3-10pm, plus Mon 9am-3pm, Tue 9am-3pm & 3pm-10pm, Wed 3am-10pm and Thu 3-10pm.

Compensation is 30% commission plus tips (average $30-38/hr base commissions; tips usually $10-20 on top). Training is $10/hr; monthly continuing education meetings; 10K life insurance begins after

We are looking for talented full & part time therapists to join our team in Spanish Fork and Eagle Mountain.

Shifts needing filled are:

Spanish Fork

Mon. 3pm-10pm

Tues. 3pm-10pm

Wed. 9am-3pm & 3am-10pm

Fri. 3pm-10pm

Sat. 3-10pm

Mon. 9am-3pm

Tues. 9am-3pm & 3pm-10pm

Wed. 3am-10pm

Thurs. 3-10pm

Sat. 3-10pm

30% Commission plus tips (average is $30-38 an hr base commissions, tips usually are $10-20 on top of that base price)

$10 an hour for training & mandatory meetings

Monthly continuing education meetings

10K Life Insurance begins 60 days after hire if you work 20+ hrs a week

If you are full time, 30+ hrs a week:

• 75% of Health, Vision and Dental Insurance begins 6 months after hire if you are working 30+ hours a week.
• Retirement – SIMPLE IRA with 3% employers matched contributions begins at 6 months.
