Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial San Diego-Scripps Ranch is hiring massage therapists to join a family‑oriented, community‑focused spa. We offer opportunities to specialize across 13 modalities, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts and support for your professional growth.

You will provide Swedish massage and other modalities, maintain clean rooms, and help clients with memberships while earning competitive commissions and benefits like 401K, sick pay, and paid CE credits.

How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:

• Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
• Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
• Generate return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.

Team Member Essentials:

• An active CAMTC
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Expert skill in Swedish Massage.
• Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun and use of CBD
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology and Deep Tissue) Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• Must be available for weekday shifts from 2:00pm-8:00pm and weekends starting at 9am
