Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stone Oak seeks licensed massage therapists to join our team. You’ll create personalized treatment plans, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and help members feel refreshed and revitalized through attentive, professional care.

We offer training and development, a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), provided supplies, ongoing education credits, a steady clientele, and monthly complimentary massage or facial to show appreciation for your hard

Qualifications

• Must comply with state licensing laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Experience with other modalities preferred but not required.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client needs.
• Create an excellent guest experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance. We offer discounts for our team!
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
