Job description

We're looking for a talented therapist with a thorough knowledge of numerous modalities and techniques to join our team. Candidate must possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. Must have excellent communication skills and be motivated to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Must hold and maintain a current state license; additional certifications and/or dual licensed providers are highly desired. Position will be part-time/on-call with full-time positions available during the high season, based on performance and flexibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Shifts will vary week to week with potential for full-time.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
• Read, understand, and adhere to protocols.
• Effectively present information to guests.
• Be a team player.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stay productive during downtime with side work/cleaning.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and provide at-home care/retail recommendations.
• Work independently while maintaining timing during busy days.
• Maintain a service-minded attitude and enjoy helping others.
