Job summary

Massage Envy Ocala seeks licensed massage therapists to join our growing team. You will provide professional massage services, assess client needs, and maintain exceptional client confidentiality.

This role emphasizes delivering high-quality care and building trust with each client. We offer a competitive compensation plan with base pay by service hour plus gratuities, bonuses for rebooking and positive feedback, and access to CE courses.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 500+ hours of massage therapy school with certificate of completion.
• Must meet Florida licensing requirements for massage therapy.
• Must pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy sessions per licensed scope and client needs.
• Identify client needs, set expectations, and maintain session continuity.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services as appropriate.
• Protect client confidentiality and safety during sessions.
