Job description

• Adheres to state of Arkansas professional practice act and rules and regulations for massage therapy in Arkansas as governed by the Arkansas State Board of Health / Arkansas Department of Health.
• Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation. Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques, that meet the clients' needs based off consultation.
• Performs duties in a professional manner demonstrating dependability, flexibility and teamwork.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and employee information.
• Begins and ends all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book and guest scheduling.
• Provides quality to ensure high quality, comprehensive care.
• Interacts with clients / members / guests / staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Understand and use universal precautions and sanitary procedures.
• Knowledge of club processes and programs.
• Uphold our principle to "improve the day."

Requirements

Qualifications

• Maintains a current / valid AR Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Patience, tact and good communication skills.
