Massage Therapist (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)
The Well for Women – New Haven, CT

The Well for Women, a growing massage therapy practice in New Haven, CT, is hiring! We've recently expanded with two new treatment rooms and are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our supportive, inclusive team.

Position Details:

• Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time
• Employee status
• Focus on prenatal massage and care for women, women-identifying, and non-binary clients

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point therapy)
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pain relief and wellness
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
• Deliver excellent client care and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CT Massage Therapy License (LMT)
• Current liability insurance
• Experience with prenatal massage (preferred)
• Skilled in client assessment

Schedule Needs:

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
