Job description

Holistic Healing Center looking to add new team members.

Role Description

1. Provide exceptional 60-minute and 90-minute massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, Chinese cupping/guasha, and other modalities.
2. Maintain consistent communication with guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
3. Develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients through delivering exceptional service, rescheduling, and referrals.
4. Be an active and engaged member of the team.
5. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
6. Promote the spa and its services.
7. Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
8. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols.

Qualifications

1. Experience: At least 2 years as a licensed massage therapist with an active book of clients.
2. Expertise: Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, proficiency in pain management and wellness-focused techniques.
3. Professionalism: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
4. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and incorporate advanced treatments offered by the clinic into client care.
5. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and upsell services.

7. Proof of liability insurance.

10. Thorough knowledge of massage modalities such as deep tissue and Swedish, and willingness to learn others like Prenatal, Hot Stone, Chinese cupping, Guasha, Tuina, Stretching Techniques.
11. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
12. Basic computer skills.
13. Lymphatic Massage training is a plus.
14. First aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

1. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience.
2. Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week.
