Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in the Shelby township, Macomb county Area. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massages, Swedish, and other techniques to clients on a shift basis. Pay is W2 payroll paid per hour of massage. Cash tips are yours, and credit card tips are added to your paycheck. Massage rates are $30 to $40 per hour based on experience. If you have no appointments, you are not required to sit idle, offering a flexible schedule. Laundry is taken care of! CEU payments can be made based on performance. Trips to the World Massage Festival may be provided if rebook rates are high enough, all expenses paid.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Therapeutic Massage and Deep tissue Massage skills
• Experience in Swedish and Stress Management techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Must be within 15 miles of the office
• Willing to work at least one weekend day per week (at least 4 massage hours)
• Training provided for new graduates to improve techniques
