Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist in Colorado. You will deliver therapeutic massage services, tailor treatment plans, and build client relationships to support ongoing wellness goals.

Pay Breakdown:

Our average therapist can earn $270 - $330 a day.

We believe in transparency, so here is how that adds up!

• Average commission per service - $27.85
• Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone or CBD enhancement - $9
  • Not everyone upgrades to average per day is based on a percentage of upgrades
• Average tip - $20

*Based on 6 services a day.

Role and Responsibilities:

• An active LMT Colorado license, in good standing
• Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
• Customized treatment plans based on individual client's needs to deliver quality results.
• Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
