Victory Ranch Club is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist(s) to join our team. In this on-call role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to each client’s individual needs.

The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and committed to creating a positive, welcoming experience that supports client wellness. This is an on-call position with a 70% commission structure.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Massage Therapist in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage techniques, and client care best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and adjust techniques accordingly.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and client-focused atmosphere.
