The Woodhouse Day Spa – Carmel

We are a luxury spa with a 20‑year history, full books, loyal clientele, and a culture of support, respect, and longevity.

We are hiring licensed massage therapists for full‑time (30+ hours) and part‑time positions. If you want to stay busy, be part of a high‑morale team, and meet a spa where guests return again and again, we would love to meet you.

Sign-On Bonuses

• Full-Time (30+ hours): $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Part-Time: $1,000 sign-on bonus

Bonus Payout Structure

• Full-Time (30+ hours) – $2,500
• $500 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 12 months
• $1,000 after 18 months
• Part-Time – $1,000
• $250 after 90 days
• $350 after 12 months
• $400 after 18 months

Position Details
