• Competitive Pay- our base pay starts at $23 however, with commissions our team average is $29 for a 50 minute hands on service.

How Our Massage Therapists Help Facilitate Healing

• Customize wellness plans based on individual clients.

• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.
  
  

Team Member Essentials

• Adhere to all massage therapy state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone provides’ training in Pre-Natal for our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• Work 2 weekend shifts a month.

Compensation: $26.00 - $55.00 per hour
