LMT Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)
- Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk + honey protocols.
- Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
- Personify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.
- Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
- 10% commission on sold retail products.
- Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
- TEXAS: Treatment rates up to $104, not including gratuity.
- CALIFORNIA: An average hourly rate typically ranges between $45-$50, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.28.
- ILLINOIS: An average hourly rate ranges between $46-$50 an hour.
