LMR Technical Group is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team at Holloman AFB, NM. You will provide critical soft tissue therapy to enhance aircrew readiness and recovery, working within the CRAFT program alongside HP professionals.

The role requires a massage therapy license, CPR/AED, and a Secret security clearance (T3). This position emphasizes infection control, DoD policy adherence, and documenting treatments to support pilot performance.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current Secret security clearance (T3) and U.S. citizenship are required.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team.

Location: Holloman AFB, NM

Job Description:

Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT in the CRAFT program, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man‑machine high‑performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.

• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
