Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Eglin AFB, FL. The LMT will provide critical soft tissue therapy to aircrew and support performance and recovery within the CRAFT program.

You will work with the Human Performance team to deliver integrated care, document treatments, ensure infection control, and comply with DoD policy. Applicants must have a state license, CPR/AED, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in medical/clinical or high-performance environments (military/tactical/aerospace).
• State massage therapy license in the service delivery state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Secret clearance eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

Job Description:

Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT in the CRAFT program, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
