Job summary

Massage Envy Mansfield and South 360 franchise is hiring licensed massage therapists who want to grow their careers in a supportive team. Earn competitive base pay of $22-28/hr, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with tele-healthcare and generous time off.

You’ll perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate with clients, and help clients pursue wellness goals while enjoying a flexible schedule and access to continuing education.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Satisfies licensing requirements to perform services in Texas.
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best.
• Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room.
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
