Role and Responsibilities: As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will:

Provide customized massages to meet client needs.

Build client relationships for consistent care.

Keep therapy rooms and shared spaces clean and professional.

Team up with our front desk for smooth scheduling.

Qualifications: To excel as a Licensed Massage Therapist, you need:

Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).

Professional liability insurance.

Great communication and client-focused skills.

Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation Structure: As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll earn:

Extras: Tips ($10–$20/session avg.),

Commissions on enhancements (oils, pain relief), bonuses for specialty massages (hot stone, cupping).

Earnings: Full-time Licensed Massage Therapists make $61,250+/year; top earners hit $91,000+.
