We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver customized, results-driven bodywork in a luxury medical spa setting. Our clientele expects excellence—and we provide the tools, training, and environment to help you deliver just that.

️ Please Note: Applicants must hold a current massage therapy license in the state of Colorado to be considered.
What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Treatments: Perform a range of therapeutic massage modalities tailored to each guest’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and more.
• Client-Focused Care: Conduct intake assessments and screen for contraindications (e.g., allergies, pregnancy, hypertension) to ensure safe and personalized experiences.
• Create a Calm, Professional Environment: Prepare treatment rooms with the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation, and tranquility.
• Support Wellness Goals: Educate clients about the benefits of ongoing massage, recommend home care products, and support retail and service upsells where appropriate.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Sanitize all tools and workspaces per infection control standards. Adhere to all licensing, legal, and company policies.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a polished appearance and positively represent the brand through your attitude, language, and professionalism at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and clients to ensure a seamless spa experience.

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado (required)
• Passion for holistic wellness and therapeutic bodywork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay on schedule

• Willingness to follow spa protocols and handle any guest behavior professionally
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and manage multiple treatments per shift
