Role Description

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our new business. The perfect candidate should be proficient in a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue and prenatal massages. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to assess client needs effectively. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting wellness for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs & treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe & welcoming environment for clients.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and client records in compliance with privacy regulations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of occupational health principles & practices.
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to massage therapy.
• Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques for effective pain relief.
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Job Type

• Supplemental Pay: Tips
