Qualifications

• Active Texas massage therapy license required.
• 1–2 years of professional massage therapy experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Deliver massage services across multiple modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Lymphatic).
• Recommend treatment frequency, aftercare, and supplemental services.
• Promote Alive and Well service enhancements and at-home tools.
• Maintain accurate client records in Mindbody.
• Ensure treatment spaces are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow Alive and Well service protocols to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Wellness, Retail, and Hospitality.
• Refer clients to other supportive Alive and Well services when appropriate.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Position Summary

The Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized bodywork that promotes relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
